The Game Creators Ltd was created in March 1999 through a partnership between programmers Richard Vanner and Lee Bamber. It is a British software house based in Macclesfield, England which specializes in software for video game development. FPS Creator was developed by “The Game Creators Ltd”, formerly called “Dark Basic Software Limited”.

It requires 1 GHz Intel Pentium 3 or faster processor, 512 MB RAM, 1.4 GB free space, Microsoft DirectX 9.0c-compatible video card with at least 64 MB video RAM and Shader 1.0 support, and sound card. Windows 98, Windows Millennium, and older are not supported. FPS Creator supports Windows 2000 and Windows XP (Home or Professional edition). Before using or even downloading FPS Creator, check that your computer meets the requirements.
